ASSURED’s principals utilize their direct investment experience across multiple property types and markets to assist real estate sponsors and investors with capital for new acquisitions and recapitalizations. Our objectives are tailored to match the sponsor’s needs in terms of execution, investment duration, and flexibility. We seek to build relationships with sponsors where our capital is instrumental in supporting their growth. This commitment allows ASSURED to fund as little as $1 million in the form of preferred equity to help sponsors close a transaction on a timely basis.
