Keith Broemmer

Keith Broemmer is a Managing Partner of Assured Realty Capital, Inc. and heads the underwriting activities including oversight and management of operations and risk management of the portfolio. He is also a Senior Managing Director at Chesterfield Faring Ltd where he heads up the Capital Markets division of the firm. This includes the debt and equity placements for clients, as well as directing investments for the firm's principal related activities. Keith has over 30 years of experience in real estate portfolio and asset dispositions, structured equity and debt placements, acquisitions, and advisory. Assignments have included all property types throughout the United States for an institutional client base of public and private investors.

Keith was previously Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Broad Street Advisors, a real estate advisory firm that was in partnership with GE Capital and later Apollo, and which had a joint-venture relationship with the investment banking groups at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and Bear Stearns. Prior to Broad Street, Keith was a Senior Vice President of Harbert Realty Services, and marketed commercial real estate assets nationally. Previous to Harbert, Keith was a Vice President at Atlantic Realty Partners, a multifamily focused investment sales firm. After graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance, Keith began his career as an MAI commercial real estate appraiser.

James Malone

James Malone is a Managing Partner of Assured Realty Capital, Inc. and leads the originations and business development. He is also a Senior Managing Director at Chesterfield Faring, Ltd., with similar responsibilities. He has more than twenty-five years of investment and advisory experience in real estate equity and debt transactions, asset management, capital markets, best practices and distressed debt portfolios. Previously, he was the Managing Partner of Wynnewood Realty Partners LLC, a real estate investment and advisory firm that specialized in buy-side strategy, originations, capital markets execution and debt valuation. At Wynnewood, he served in senior advisory roles for Cofinance Group, a Luxembourg-based private real estate investment firm, and Vision Equities. Previously, he held senior positions with Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, Greenstreet Real Estate Partners and Arbor Realty Trust, where he was responsible for acquisitions of direct equity, joint-venture equity and debt investments across real estate property types. His transactional experience spans various investment disciplines, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Malone holds degrees from New York University and Fairfield University.

Lee Saltzman joined UBS in 2010 and was Head of the Global Property Fund, a diversified fund invested in office, industrial, residential, retail and healthcare properties in the US, UK, Europe and Asia, until 2022. Prior to joining UBS, Lee was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of The Athena Group, a private equity real estate investment, development and operating company capitalized through discretionary opportunity funds and co-investment. Previously, he held senior positions at American Financial Realty Trust (Chief Investment Officer), a NYSE listed REIT focused on properties leased to financial institutions, Brown & Wood LLP (Partner in Charge of the Global Real Estate Practice Group), The Shorenstein Company (Head of Portfolio Management for 10 million square foot Eastern Region portfolio), Salomon Brothers (Real Estate Principal Transactions Group), and The Rockefeller Group (real estate development, acquisitions, asset management and investment partnerships).

Steven Osborne has extensive experience in real estate acquisition, mortgage finance, asset management, and portfolio optimization. He has a proven track record of originating, negotiating, and structuring complex equity and debt investments, having concluded transactions totaling approximately $5 billion during his career. Steven is adept at leading investment activity across the full lifecycle of real estate investment, from acquisition and financing to implementing value-creation strategies and realizing value through dispositions. He is currently Principal of SWO Real Estate Consulting and previously held senior positions at New York Life Real Estate Investors, Citigroup Alternative Investments - Real Estate Equity Investments, and Citigroup Salomon Smith Barney.

Jennifer Ludwigson

Jennifer Ludwigson

Jennifer is a finance professional specializing in commercial real estate, with expertise in structuring creative debt and equity for opportunistic business plans. As a Managing Director and founding team member, she played a key role in launching two successful high-yield bridge lending platforms, leading deal execution and serving on the investment committee. During the 2008 Financial Crisis, she was responsible for resolving a $1.5 billion debt portfolio for CIT. Her prior experience includes roles at Merrill Lynch Capital, JP Morgan Asset Management, and MetLife, giving her a strong foundation in institutional investment banking and asset management. Jennifer attended NYU’s Stern School of Business receiving a B.S. in Finance. In addition to Assured Realty Capital, Jenn serves on Advisory Committees for Gaingels Venture Capital, and the Board of Ozanam Hall Nursing Home Family Circle.
